Our client is a highly successful Multinational Pharmaceutical Company with global operation.
Provide administrative support (80% paperwork) to the Procurement team such as issuance of purchase orders, delivery status tracking, invoice checking, preparation of reports. Liaise with vendors to ensure the requirements of the users are met. Maintain inventory database. Participate in stock taking activities. Provide support to system implementation.
Minimum diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in procurement, logistics or supply chain. Proficient in MS office especially Excel. Meticulous and detail oriented. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
