Our client is one of the leading Award Winning Design Engineering Consultancy firms in the region.
You must demonstrate proven skills in both design and project management for corporate MNCs in the region. To be successful in this role, you must have significant knowledge in change management consultancy by interpreting quantitative and qualitative data and translate into strategic recommendations. This role also expects you to actively influencing and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders at various seniorities.
Report directly to the HOD, you will be providing space planning, design sensibility and technical ability to develop a project from concept to execution especially with corporate interior design framework. You should be to manage and review on design team tender and construction packages with site analysis and inventory assessment.
Interested candidates should have experience in Corporate Interior Design / Workplace design projects with strong presentation skills. Experience in consultative or advisory corporate workplace change management and project management will be highly advantageous. Proficient in AutoCad, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office are mandatory. You should possess strong communication skills, team player and good initiative in order to integrate into a dynamic environment.
