A global consumer MNC, our client is seeking for an experienced and dynamic Total Rewards Manager to join and perform an integral role within its Centre of Excellence team.
Reporting to Regional Head of HR, you will be lead in the review and development of Total Rewards strategies, policies and programs to ensure competitiveness. You will recommend and enhance related plans, programs and initiatives to contribute to the overall success of the business through its people agenda. You will participate and may lead region wide program and projects, and ensure compliance with local laws and governance processes.
Degree qualified with Compensation & Benefits professional certifications, you have minimum 10 years of relevant experience including 5 years Asia Pacific exposure coupled with strong knowledge of China and India. Ideally you have experience integrating related programs and policies, and merger & acquisition related activities. You are a hands-on team player with high influencing ability, have strong analytical, project management and presentation skills, and have worked in a highly matrix and fast-paced environment.
