Our client has been an information provider for medical/pharmaceutical/healthcare industry with more than 50 years of history, through publications, websites, SNS, mobile applications, etc. They have got a firm footing in Asia-Oceania region thereby building up trustful relationship between their customers, medical/pharmaceutical/healthcare industry. 
Candidate should have a minimum degree in any field (hopefully A/F or IT), and experiences in improving and/or re-designing Accounting/Finance operation process including ERP implementation from the view of promotion of streamlining. He/She will be expected to be keen on entire business process improvement for the other areas than A/F when it would be successfully finished. And also expected to have a wide view which enable him/her to take care not only Singapore office but also more than 10 offices in the region.
Gathering requirement in Accounting/Finance space in the company, understanding what should be improved, and discussing with IT team to materialize operation process improvement from the view of IT management. Leading ERP system implementation if necessary, as a project manager/leader. This process requires liaison with HQ in Japan, the other offices in the region, and IT vendors. Candidate should have strong communication skills and leadership, curiosity in business improvement and growth. Japanese proficiency would be great advantage in order to communicate smoother with Japanese management such as CFO and head of IT.
