Our client, a medical company invites an experiences Senior Manager, Compliance Monitoring for Asia Pacific to accelerate their growth.
You will be responsible for the strategic development, implement and execution of the compliance monitoring program to prevent illegal, unethical and improper conduct and reinforce a culture of compliance and ethics throughout the organization. You will lead the compliance monitoring program for the entire Asia Pacific region and across all business units; and partner with business colleagues to develop and complete risk assessments, findings and remediation. To improve the effectiveness of the compliance program, you will develop and maintain strong business relationships with customer-facing and key gatekeeper function.
Ideally you should have a Bachelor’s Degree or a Certificate in Compliance & Ethics with at least 5 to 7 years’ of compliance, legal or project management experiences. Candidate with experiences in process monitoring in the medical industry, good compliance program experience and experiences working on overseas projects with other department on the risk factors is highly desired. You should possess strong analytical, communication skills and leadership presences to manage multiple projects effectively.
