A fast-growing technology player in the region, our client has an immediate requirement for a consummate and dynamic HR professional to lead their Singapore HR Operations team.
Reporting to Regional Head of HR, you are responsible for managing Singapore HR operation team in the full gamut of HR deliverable services such as and not limiting to recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management, HRIS, employee engagement, learning & development. As an advisor to business leaders and management, you will counsel and recommend solutions to employee issues and HR strategies.
The successful candidate is degree qualified with minimum 10 years of professional HR experience including 5 years in managerial capacity within multinational companies. You have solid knowledge of local legislation, sound HR management skills and knowledge. You possess strong leadership and communication skills, and experience managing different levels of individuals with coaching, influencing and conflict management skills. You are resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
