Our client is a highly successful Consumer Brand Company with global operation. As part of their expansion plan in Asia Pacific, they like to invite a successful Customer Service Leader - Regional (ASEAN) to join its team.
In this role, you primary responsibility is to monitor and improve the business services KIPS for the ASEAN region through data crunching and analytics. You will be working closely with the business services and controlling team on the business planning and closely monitor/ Track the KPIS achievement for repair and spare part business. You are to ensure cost efficiency in the perspective of holding inventory to achieve excellent service and Parts KPIs.
Ideally you should have a minimum Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent with at least 8-10 years of professional experience in the similar capacity. You must have proven experience in customer services operations, ability to manage data and translate to business decision tools. You should possess strong capability in data crunching, Customer Service oriented and with good interpersonal skills. Candidate with past experience from Consumer Industry is highly regarded.
