Our Client is a multi-national company with global presence within the Coating Solutions industry. They are seeking aTechnical Service Manager within Coating industry. The successful candidate can look forward to a rewarding career with an exciting and fast growing organization .
Reporting directly to the management, you are responsible for Technical support to resolve Customer Quality complaints by coordinating with the Plant site; Provide training to the sales team by application and develop competitive intelligence; Translate customer needs into Product attributes; ability to connect with other co-suppliers and downstream customers and initiate collaboration work- either to assess value of our offering or to develop new offerings; Work with external partners : co-suppliers , downstream customers to explore ideas, technology, technical applications development to enhance our product offerings / performance.
Ideally you should have a minimum Masters or PhD in chemistry, chemical engineering, or other related technical fields is preferred; Prior plastic experience is preferred; 3-5 years of experience in research, product development, technical service, technical marketing, new business development, marketing, sales or a combination thereof; strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment.
