Work details

• Complete queries from Customer on software programs, billing, agreements. (Via email)
• Provide regular update to customer and complete resolution on any queries within the agreed service level
• Responsible for maintaining strict service levels (SLAs) with client activities
• Validate Agreement and contract to customers
• Review Agreements & Orders to ensure all legal requirements are met & documentation is complete
• Work with all level of the organization as well as the Company's partners to meet customer business needs
• Suggest more efficient ways for processing of work; learn new areas for possible future ownership

Job requirements:
• Minimum Diploma holder
• Strong administration and organization skills
• Excellent communication skills and a high focus on customer satisfaction
• Participate & lead any mini projects/workload on Program as directed by Business Process Specialist/Team Leader and in turn problem solve/action in a quick turnaround time
• Proactively develop plans to avoid potential problems & takes ownership of issues when they arise
• Able to Speak Japanese fluently – With JLPT N3/N2/N1
