Company Overview
Our client is one of the largest home builder and developer specializing in prefabricated house.
They come to Singapore to set up the regional office from this March 2020.
They are going to hire the 1st local hired national staff as Office Manager to handle all supportive matters.
We are looking for someone who has the similar experience and multi task person.
Job Description
• Support 3 expats schedule, calendar and claims
• Assist in travel reservations (flight and hotel bookings)
• Write minutes of meeting in English
• Support in administrative matters as newly set up company
• Communicate with other MDs and staff in ASEAN region
• To manage HR matters if necessary
• To manager Book keeping
• To manager sales admin support
• To manager other add hock matters in the office as Office Manager
Requirements
• Diploma in any field
• At least 5 years relevant experience in similar capacity
• Independent and Multi tasked person
• Japanese speaking or working experience in Japanese company is jadvantage to liaise with Japan HQ and Japanese expats.
• Newly office set up experience is advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, particularly attuned to working well with all levels
