Job Description
1. General office duties
2. Travel booking, hotel booking and venue booking
3. Support in expatriates’ housing matters
4. Assist in documentation control and coordination
5. Assist in meeting room set-up
6. Maintain contact lists for greeting cards.
7. Provide general support to visitors.
8. Support accounting such as review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval.
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in any field
• N2 or higher in Japanese
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Excellent communication skill in both oral and written
• Have strong sense of responsibility
• Great team player
