Job Description
【業務内容】
下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。
• Provide interpretation and translation support for meetings, recruitment interviews and documents between Japanese and English.
• Provide administrative and operational support.
• Liaising with vendors and ensure prompt follow-up in generating the necessary documents.
• Coordination and liaising with the Japan Headquarters.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
【要件】
下記要件を満たしている方を募集します。
• A Bachelor degree and above in any field from any recognized university, or equivalent.
• Competent use of the Japanese language (in a Japanese company for at least 2 years, or in lieu of that, a JLPT N2 and above certification) for internal and client communications.
• Competent use of the English language (Business level) for internal and client communications.
• Competent of doing English →Jap and Jap→English translation and interpretation for meetings, interviews and documents
• Experience of at least 2 years in a similar capacity based on the job description above will be a plus.
• Proficient in Excel.
