Job Description
First 2-3 years is Sales support and general affairs, then discuss and assign other jobs like Accountant, HR, Operation manager, sales etc...
・ Telephone and Email correspondence from customer and agencies
・ Create and send a quote
・ Order management
・ Preparing shipping product samples and products
・ Telephone conference with overseas companies
・ Preparing and applying Employee's work visa and renewal
・ Other duties instructed by superiors
Requirements
Must have
・English business level* to liaise with internal and external communication
・Japanese business level (JLPT1/2 or same level) * to liaise with internal and external communication
・Proficient in Word/Excel
・Multitask
・Take Initiative
