Job Description
To sell Multi-Storey car park to the New Condominium/HDB and New Shopping Mall
- Maintain & Canvass good relationship with existing and new customers.
- Achieve sales and business objective.
- Respond to Projects and sales enquires.
- Keeping abreast of competitor products and activities.
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or Equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience to construction company or having the experience in the industry.
- Bilingual in English and Japanese will be an added advantage to communicate in/out of office.
- Class 3 License.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
