Job Description
The client is looking for “Office Manager” for their Singapore office.
- Mainly perform following tasks.
- Assist in daily HR, secretarial and administrative matters for office operation for the company and a subsidiary.
- Handle full set of accounts & financial statements.
- Responsible for processing accounting entries and ensuring timely preparation of company’s financial statements.
- Issue invoice, delivery note, purchase order, credit/debit note etc.
- Processing of payments to suppliers.
- Proper maintenance of all admin/accounting records.
- Handle AR / AP / Bank reconciliation / Cash flow.
- Other administrative work as and when assigned by the management.
Requirements
The client is looking for below criterias:
- Min 2 to 3 years experiences in Accounting and office administration.
- Bookkeeping experience.
- Chinese and English is mandatory, Japanese and Taiwanese (Traditional Chinese) is a plus to communicate in/out of office.
