About our Client
Our client is a Japanese company specialised into cosmetic/beauty product like Eyelashes Extentions, eye product like eye lash glues and more. They are looking out for someone for their Singapore start up business extention in retail store counter sales.
Responsibilities
Primarily responsible for customer relationship management and maintaining daily inventory B2C sales.
Handle customer’s feedback/complaints, providing excellent customer services.
Conducting market surveys to identify potential customer segment and attract them.
Other duties include documentation and product demos/display within the store.
Qualification
Must have around 2 -3 years of working experience in customer service/sales preferably in beauty/cosmetics/Salon/fashion or FMCG industry.
Experience working as cabin crew in airlines, or luxury hotels as hotelier or prior sales/customer service experience in premier hospitality establishments is also fine.
Having great inter-personal skills with positive mindset is preferred.
