【業務内容】
-Providing customer support and technical issue resolution via email and improve overall customer service quality.
-Evaluating; monitoring and analysing results; and implementing changes.
-Client engagement, problem solving and new project preparation.
-Manage projects, structure, manpower, financial, policy etc.
-Reviewing reports prepared by agent before sending to client.
-Managing daily operations.
-Translation from Japanese from/to required language

【要件】
-カスタマーサポートの経験またはゲーム業界での経験数年ある方
-日本語ネイティブレベルおよびビジネスレベルの英語力 ※社内外共に、コミュニケーション上必要なため。
【給与】
