About the Client:
Based in Japan, our client is leading international telecommunication provider.
Responsibilities
Provide customers with timely, professional, efficient and effective technical expertise on system support.
Support cloud / enterprise IT solutions (infrastructure, security, virtualization, backup and storage) / internet, data center.
"System installation, configurations and administration on multiple operating system platforms (e.g. Windows, RedHat Linux, Virtualization)."
Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution.
Provide onsite technical support for designated clients and locations.
Requirements
Min 3 yrs of IT experience in IT Solutions or System Integration (SI) vendor or as system engineer.
Basic knowledge on LAN/WAN, systems, virtualization and Wintel services.
Hands on experience with MS Exchange, MS Active Directory and Group Policy.
Strong business acumen with strong interests in keeping up-to-date with current technologies.
Good verbal and written communication and presentation, negotiation skills.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
