About the Client
Our client is a leading Japanese IT service provider and trusted partner for quality document services and communications across the world. Their portfolio consists of document management technologies, IT solutions, and customer communication services. They are looking out for an Accounts Assistant for their Software Centre in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Countercheck and make sure debit notes and payment vouchers prepared by admin are accurate and arranged in timely manner in line with proper process.
Countercheck and make sure GL and relevant reports issued by share service center are accurate and updated in timely manner.
Arrange and track accrual and its reversal in timely manner.
Revenue and expenditure report and analysis.
Prepare and submit management reports to the Software Centre Manager.
Yearly asset sighting exercise.
Provide support in general office administration matters.
Any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements
Minimum LCCI (advance level) or diploma with 2 years’ experience
Strong knowledge of double-entry accounting, preferably with GL experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Meticulous, attention to details, organized, multi-task and good team player
Proactive and willing to support employees and management
