About the client
Our client is one of the renowned Japanese general trading company engaged in a wide range of businesses globally, including buying, selling, importing, and exporting goods, manufacturing and selling products, providing services, and planning and coordinating projects, in Japan and overseas
They are currently looking for an Office Manager in Singapore office.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Office Facilities, Equipment, Furniture, Car Fleet, and Drivers
Responsible for expatriates’ housing and tenancy agreement
Responsible for office tenancy agreement
To manage and negotiate with vendors on various office needs, including maintenance of office equipment, stationaries, hotel rates, cars, etc
To provide facility management – including setting up of room for conferences, regional meetings, equipment usage
To work closely with property agencies for rental of apartments, negotiation, etc
To manage cleaning, maintenance, handing and taking over of apartments
To manage drivers and car fleet for business usage
To negotiate and manage company cars with vendors, including maintenance of cars
Other general affairs and administrative work
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in administration/Business Studies and at least 4-5 years’ relevant industry experience.
Proficient in MS Office applications, Payroll Software and e-Leave Software. Having experience in HR admin or secretarial function is much preferred.
Should be Positive, Approachable, Proactive & Open-Minded with strong communication skills. Should be strong in multi-tasking and meticulous to details and keen to participate in HR initiatives and projects with independent approach with team skills.
