Technical Service Engineer

*5 years of experience in Plastic Injection Molding required*

About Our Client:

Our client is a Japanese Plastic processing manufacturing company and they are looking for a “Technical Service Engineer” for their Singapore Office.

Responsibilities


Commissioning, installing, testing, and maintaining products.
Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems that arise during start-up.
Establish and maintain ongoing positive relationships with customers to develop secure and develop their future business.
Research, evaluate and recommend new products that will meet customer needs.
Monitor and resolve recurring problems to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction, and to provide suggestions/solutions to customers
Train customers on the features of the product they have purchased.
Have knowledge in plastic processing technologies to provide advice to customers
Attend trials to help customers use the product through plastic processing techniques
Propose new technologies to customers to help improve customers’ production
Explore new application

Qualifications


Candidates having Degree in chemical or polymer related or trained by the same industry with minimum 4-5 years of experience. Having some sales exposure is also advantageous.
Experience in Plastic processing, Moulding House, Mould Injection, Compounder etc is a must.
Candidates willing to travel frequently with good interpersonal skills preferred.
