Responsibilities:
•Handle Japanese sales to handle perishable shipment
•To coordinate and handle general customer service request
•Visiting existing customer base for strengthen excellent business service
•Support on Japanese enquires for overseas
•Monthly sales report to Senior Manager
Job Requirements:
•At Least Diploma and above in a relevant discipline.
•Prefer Customer Service experience in Airfreight Industry is required
•Freight forwarding background is required with Air freight, Ocean, logistics and supply chain will be value added
