About the Client
Our client is a Japanese company that offers Ceremic capacitors, inductive devices, high frequency components, senses etc. It is an electronics wholesale and distributor firm and they are looking for a “Strategic Sales promotion Executive” for their Singapore Office.
Responsibilities
Provide direct customer contact to promote, expand and sell the various corporate products of all vendors.
Attend to unresolved product problems; assist in the coordination of shipments and delivery problem of sales offices and the manufacturing plants.
Provide specialized technical sales support in the area of product engineering, product specification and components compatibility.
Be responsible for final evaluations of any/or and all inquiries into inferior products or customer complaints regarding products.
Communicate distribution aspects of production capacity, planning: sales forecasting, pricing and order status to appropriate management.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Marketing/Business Admin or Bachelor on Engineering with 2-5 years of experience is suitable.
Having experience in similar industry is preferable.
Business level Japanese language is a great advantage to liaise with the Tokyo HQ and Japanese customers.
Having good communication skills with excellent presentation skills is a must.
Should be comfortable in travelling regionally.
