Job Description




The Consultant is supposed to manage the team, lead projects and acquire trusts from leaders of clients, keeping good communications and relation with them. 
The manager/Senior Manager is supposed to understand issues of clients and provide solutions for them.
PMO operations will be handled in a project to consolidate and eliminate systems between Japanese financial institutions in Singapore and between Asian branches.

Formulation of project plan
Project management work as a member of PMO members
Assess business process and analyze current situation, define AS-IS (current situation) and TO-BE (what it should be), and define and construct new business process, EUC system requirements

Make plan and deliver the project
Keep good relationship and have good communication with leaders of clients




The Successful Applicant



Person who has system knowledge and experience on DWH / BI, EUC, regulatory compliance
Person who has PM / PMO experience in system development project
Person who was developing systems as an engineer by himself as a system development member at consulting farm, SIer, IT vendor, etc.
Person who has system development experience for bank
Good to have: Japanese Business level to communicate internally
