About Our Client:
Our client – Airlines is one of the world's premier carriers. They are looking for someone who will work with the Inside Sales Team supporting the daily operation of Inside Sales function and provide irreprehensible B2B customer service on the phone.
Responsibilities:
l Develop sustainable relationship by farming key accounts.
l Contracts negotiation with existing companies, travel management companies and high potential corporates.
l Hunting for new business through Sales Leads processing to ensure optimum success rate.
l Familiar with JL and Joint Business Partner fares and products and be able to promote the solution which best suits the needs of the customers.
l Keep abreast of distribution strategy in order to best serve our customers on the most adequate channel.
l Evaluation of monthly accounts performance and devising follow up measures.
l Weekly sales visits planning and portfolio management.
l Preparation of materials and figures for sales visits/calls.
l Passing on relevant market insights to management.
l Forward customers’ enquiries and requests to relevant departments.
l Designing and execution of sales promotion activities as well as incentives to enhance sales.
l Relevant market feedback with Sales Manager including performance review and target setting.
l Handle special tasks assigned by Sales Manager and ad hoc duty as may reasonably be required.
Requirements:
l More than 3 years’ experience within account management, sales or marketing preferably in the Travel or Airlines industry.
l Must have at least a Diploma in similar field.
l Demonstrated track record of developing a portfolio of accounts.
l Knowledge of Market, product and pricing
l Airline knowledge or Agency background highly desirable. (Knowledge of airlines distribution model)
l Proficiency in MS Office, esp. Excel PowerPoint, Outlook
